Apple growing

In order to be able to offer especially tasty apples to our customers, we always harvest only the ripe fruits. For this reason, we have to harvest some varieties up to five times.

In the process, each apple must be picked carefully so that it does not get bruises or other damage. Also, we have to sort the apples already during the harvest, so that we put only the best fruits in the warehouse.
Only in this way can we ensure that our apples remain aromatic and crisp for four to five months.
