Plums Crumble

ingredients:

500 G Plums
1 EL Cinnamon
1 EL Sugar
70 G Cane sugar
Pinch of salt
75 G Oatmeal
110 G Butter
150 G Spelt flour

preparation:

step 1
Grease a baking dish with butter.
step 2
Stone the plums and cut them into small pieces.
step 3
Mix with cinnamon and sugar and pour into the baking dish.
step 4
Knead cane sugar, salt, butter, rolled oats and spelt flour into crumbles and spread evenly over the plums.
step 5
Bake the plum crumble in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 30 minutes.

Serve Plum Crumble warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
